Full Moon Eatery

Case Study - The Modern College of Design

The Project:

In a Business and Entrepreneurship class, I applied the content learned each week into a business plan. This business is in the realm of the creative industry and something that I could potentially carry out or that I see myself doing in the future.

The Outcome:

I chose to create a vegan meal business with many ways of reaching into my community. The name “Full Moon” comes from a full moon representing relief, letting go of what doesn’t serve you, and focusing on what does, giving the opportunity to recommit fully.

Products & Services

Whether it's enjoying the customizable meal subscription, learning new culinary skills through classes, indulging in food truck delights at local events, or sporting Full Moon Eatery’s merchandise, this business strives to provide a delightful experience for all valued customers.

During my journey in this business and entrepreneurship course, I gained invaluable lessons while crafting this business plan from scratch.

Through extensive research, I learned the art of market trends, customer preferences, and industry landscapes, allowing me to create a strategy that stands on solid foundations. This project also taught me the delicate balance of vision and efficiency, ensuring every aspect of the plan was feasible. Working on the art of presentation design allowed me to transform complex ideas into engaging narratives that catch the eye of potential stakeholders. However, understanding the importance of community connection will be the lesson I hold closest to me heart. By intertwining my venture's goals with the needs and aspirations of my community, I discovered the truth of creating a sustainable and impactful business. These lessons have given me the confidence to take on entrepreneurial challenges and turn it into an opportunity for growth and success.
