To overcome the issue of inconsistent customer flow, the brand update aimed to establish a strong and cohesive identity that resonates with the target audience, fostering great brand loyalty. The revamped interior design sought to create an inviting and sophisticated ambiance, while the adaptable outdoor space with seasons amenities aimed to attract customers throughout the year. Additionally, hiring a social media manager played a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, engaging with the audience, and ultimately driving growth by tapping into the potential of social media as a powerful tool.

Through this case study project, I gained valuable insights and learned lessons that have enhanced my understanding of the branding, marketing, and environmental design process.
The project allowed me to witness the power of a well-executed rebranding initiative. The research and strategic planning involved in creating a marketing plan revealed the significance of social media as a driving force for business growth and success. Recognizing the impact of sustainable practices in the brewery’s environmental design highlighted the importance of eco-consciousness in today’s market.
